Description:

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Squat down into an athletic position. With your right foot take a step to the right till your feet are shoulder-width apart. With your left foot take a step to the righ ttill your feet are hip-width apart.Keep repeating small steps to the right and then repeat on the left side.
